Try having your own fresh-pressed apple juice made, like we did, at Apple Junction in Landmark, MB. After passing through a cleaner and chopper, the apple pulp is wrapped in cloth and pressed. The resulting golden, velvety juice can be frozen in plastic jugs to enjoy a sweet taste of summer all winter long.
