WOW! Hospitality Concepts has cooked up yet another fabulous dining experience. The Peasant Cookery has taken the place of Oui Bistro and Wine Bar. No longer a white-linen restaurant, the lower-priced eatery boasts two dinner menus—the Classic, featuring items similar to those found at Oui, and the Menu of the Moment, in which the chef buys fresh, local ingredients and creates a menu from them. 100-283 Bannatyne Ave, 989-7700.
