Sunset is a refreshing drink that goes down smooth. “It’s a Jamaican drink with a St. Boniface twist,” he explains. “The trick is not to stir the drink too much, and then it looks like a sunset.” Just add ice and enjoy!

1 oz Appleton Estate VX Rum
1/2 oz SOHO Lychee Liqueur
1/2 oz Crème de cassis liqueur 
pineapple juice
lime and cherry to garnish
