We love serving Champagne especially at the holidays, but exploring other less expensive sparkling varietals can be daunting. Wine guru Ben MacPhee-Sigurdson helps us demystify bubbly in this issue’s From the Cellar column.
Since we’re always looking to expand our baking repertoire at this time of year, we asked chefs from three sweets spots we love to share their favourite cookie recipes with us. Put some out for Santa and we’re sure he’ll be impressed.
