The Peppermint Patty The Crème Brulée

1 oz crème de cacao
1 oz Frangelico
8 oz hot coffee

Warm a wine glass by soaking in hot water and towel dry. Pour in all ingredients and stir. Serve with a cookie.

Makes one glas

4 oz pineapple juice
4 oz limoncello
4 oz vanilla vodka
1/2 can (355 ml) frozen lemonade concentrate

Chill all ingredients well. Pour everything in a blender. Fill with ice and blend until slushy and frothy. Pour into tall glasses.

Makes six glasses.

1 oz vodka
1 oz peppermint schnapps
1 oz crème de cacao
2 oz half and half cream

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Fill with a handful of ice and shake. Pour into an old-fashioned glass.

Makes one glass.

2 oz vodka
1 oz Frangelico
1 1/2 oz half and half cream
1 vanilla bean

Mix together vodka, Frangelico and cream. Split the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape the seeds out with the tip of a paring knife and add to the drink. Garnish with caramelized sugar. Just as smooth as the original with none of the fuss.

Makes one glass.
